Please make email contact within 5 working days of receiving your order to support@jewelleryfindingsbylynda.com if you'd like to return or exchange items, stating why you'd like to return/exchange.

* Please note, if you have altered the shaped or worked any of your purchased findings, they are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

If eligible for return/exchange, within Australia, you have 7 calendar days from when you received your order to lodge it with your post office. For NZ, USA, & Canada, following communication, you have 14 days from when you receive your order to lodge it with your post office.

To be eligible for a return or exchange your findings must be unworn & unused, and in the original condition in which you received them. They must also be returned in the original or similar protective box packaging.

​It is the customers  responsibility to pay for shipping with tracking, which allows us to follow the parcel,  back to Jewellery Findings By Lynda, PO Box 57, Seaford, VIC 3198 Australia.

Once I receive your findings back I will inspect them and notify you that they have arrived. You will then be refunded to your original method of payment.

 

If you choose to exchange for other items you will also need to pay that second shipping charge back to you. If the desired items are in stock then they can be sent out once your original items have arrived back. Alternatively you may be required to wait for production time if stock of the new items is low.
